Published in an edition of 1,000 copies as part of the Format Series, 112pp, 98 x 210mm, with a special hard bound edition of 250 silver-edged gilded, signed and numbered copies, case-bound by hand in linen boards at Book Works, presented in a slip case. The book has two distinctive front covers, and each element works towards the centre of the book. Printed offset in white, black and grey, with cut-outs on inside pages and covers.
